Every client relationship is a little bit different. I create an intimate container designed for you and your specific goals. Typically, the work consists of one weekly call and a series of follow-up assignments, resources and check-ins to help cultivate new habits and mindsets.

Over the years, I’ve built out a two-part framework for deep inner work and outward excellence. By slowing down, getting curious and connecting with our Wise Woman Within, we cultivate newfound self-love, body awareness, and inner power. When we learn to channel our Inner Man with Heart, we can build out a plan to execute on our highest visions.

With me, you get a unique blend.
You get the practical, grounded in the ‘real world’ side: I’m a CPA and received my BS and MFA from the University of Southern California. I’ve worked for Fortune 100 companies and leading Silicon Valley startups and have extensive training in leadership, communication, negotiation, and business.
You also get the psychological and spiritual side. Over the last decade, I have immersed myself in yoga traditions, meditation, mystic studies, intersectional feminist studies, indigenous wisdom practices, energy work, and somatic psychology.
I’ve trained in many modalities, from Integrative Transformational Coaching, Reiki energy healing, Kundalini Yoga, Amazonian shamanism and ceremonial arts.
